Meet Sadie
Sadie is a family nurse practitioner and nationally certified health coach with a certificate in functional medicine. She draws upon her nearly 15 years of health care experience to help her community feel well, find focus and live better.
She became interested in holistic approaches to health when she faced her own health crisis after working abroad. Determined to find the reason her once healthy mind and body had malfunctioned, she implemented a food as medicine approach. With time and perseverance, Sadie is now medication free, full of energy and enjoys eating well and staying active. She uses her natural curiosity and scientific mind to educate and empower people to take control of their health and address the biological factors that affect focus, attention, brain and body balance.
She can help you get to the root cause of your symptoms using functional medicine practices and her experience as a family nurse practitioner. Sadie provides a unique service which combines nursing care and education with evidence-based health consulting and coaching to put you back in control of your health.
