• Share your comprehensive medical history to determine the root cause of your concerns including triggers, allergens, genetics and nutritional deficits.
• Complete a medication review aimed to identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems.

 Quarterly Pro Bono Coaching Program
 

Blue Sky Health Solutions provides pro bono coaching services to up to 2 clients each quarter, as a way of caring for those in our community who need support but cannot afford traditional coaching services. Clients who apply and are accepted into the program will receive three 1-hour health coaching sessions via video or in person at our Chapel Hill office.

Pro Bono Coaching is geared toward and given to:

• Individuals making under $20/hour
• Individuals who are not insured or are under-insured. 
• Stay-at-home or single parents.  One of our key values is creating generational impact; therefore special consideration is given to stay at home parents (moms or dads) or single parents who are hoping to make health changes to benefit their family as a unit.

Program and Application Guidelines:

• Quarters run from January-March, April-June, July-September and October-December.
• Applications can be submitted at any time, even during the quarter.
• All sessions must be completed within the quarter in which the candidate is accepted.

Don’t quite fit the criteria?  Set up a health consultation with us to discuss your situation.  We do accept FSA/HSA and are happy to provide the appropriate forms for your doctor to the document medical necessity of our services. 

How can health consultation help me?

It is estimated that 95-99% of chronic condition care is guided by the individual with the condition (that's you!).  Our health consultation services are designed to help you gain a deep understanding of the many factors that affect your health.  If you have been told "everything is normal" but you still don't feel well then an in depth health consultation can give you the knowledge and understanding of the unique factors that lead to long-term health or long-term disease.   We treat you like the individual that you are and aren't afraid to ask "Why?" when it comes to health challenges.  Our health consultant helps you focus on solving the health problems that are most important to you.  

How much does a health consultation cost?

We have services designed to fit your long- and short-term health needs.  Schedule a group of sessions or only as needed.  See our service listing for transparent pricing.  

Will insurance cover your services?

The short answer is no.  Insurance companies do not currently cover our services.  Many services may be HSA/FSA eligible (especially if your doctor has recommended them).   Just ask us and we can help you find out.
